Answer: We welcome anyone in the wedding business who is based in the UK to list on our directory. You will first have to create an account as only registered members can add a listing.
Answer: Yes. Our 'Standard' listing which consists of your business name, full address, contact phone numbers, contact email, map, a link to your website, a business introduction, full description (500 characters max), business opening times, payment methods, keywords, key services/products and reviews/ratings. A 'Standard' listing is totally free.
Answer: As well as our 'Standard' option we have a 'Premium' option. With this the same as our 'Standard' listings but you can also add: main image/logo, social media links, facilities available, a longer main description (1500 characters max) and up to 20 images in a gallery. This is charged at a small fee.
Answer: All new and edited directory entries are approved by a member of our team. Our team is human, so please be a little patient they will try to do approvals on a daily basis.
Answer: This is to make sure all the information entered is correct, that there is no offensive content. Also that the wedding supplier is based in the UK.
Answer: Yes. When you create or edit a listing, there is two tick boxes at the bottom of the form. Tick both of these and your listing will be added to the featured sections. Please note: There is a small charge to have your listing featured.
Answer: Your listing will be featured for six weeks. After that you have the option to feature it again if you wish.
Answer: You can either ask for it to be removed, or keep it on our website. If you would like to keep it in the directory, you can create a free account and then contact us. We will then be able to link your account with the listing, so you are able to edit it as required.
Answer: Although we have tried to list all the counties in the UK, if your county is not listed please contact us so it can be added to our list.
Ratings and reviews FAQs
Answer: You will need to have an account on the site and login. Click the submit review button which will show the fields to fill in. Once you have finished click the submit button and your review will be added once it has been checked by an admin. Please note your name will be shown on the review.
Answer: Although we personally check all reviews before they show on a listing, we will only refuse it if the reviewer has written liable content. If you feel very strongly about a review that has been left please contact us about it.
